Currently, Beau Bound only delivers Products within the Republic of South Africa. As the Purchaser, you will be able to specify the place of delivery within South Africa, and the contact number(s) to be used in relation to the delivery, for each Order when you place such Order.
Products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you during the Order process and if nobody is at the address when the delivery is made, our courier will contact the mobile number you provided to us in the relevant Order and/or a notice of attempted delivery may be put through the letterbox. Our courier will attempt re-delivery one more time thereafter, but if delivery is again unsuccessful, it will be your responsibility to contact the courier company to either arrange that you collect the package from the courier’s nearest depot or to agree upon a new delivery date with the courier. If you have not contacted the courier within a reasonable time, then the package will be sent back to Beau Bound who will contact you via email to arrange a possible re-delivery at your expense.
7.2 Delivery time:
Unless otherwise stated to you prior to placing the Order to final confirmation thereof, the estimated shipping time for an order is between 3 and 7 working days from the date of your purchase, depending on the location of delivery.
7.3 Partial Delivery:
You will be informed of the partial delivery of an Order by e-mail. A second e-mail will be sent informing you of the delivery of the other Products ordered, if applicable.
In the event of a partial delivery, there will be a delivery note in the package summarising the Products which can be found inside it.
7.4 Delivery Made:
Each delivery is deemed to have been made once the Product has been handed over to an individual at your chosen delivery address, including when this is done by the courier, as recorded in the tracking system used by the courier.
It is your responsibility as Purchaser, to ensure that you check the package upon arrival.
7.5 Lost Packages:
If neither the depot nor the tracking system (in the "My Delivery" section) show any trace of the package, you must then get in touch with Beau Bound by way of email to [email protected]
If the package is found it will then be sent to the specified delivery address, following the normal procedure as set out in this clause 7.1 (i.e. delivery of the package or notice of attempted delivery).
If the package is declared to be lost, Beau Bound will notify the Purchaser and refund the Purchaser for the lost package (both the Product purchase price and any delivery charges).
7.6 Delivery of Incorrect Product:
If the incorrect Product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the Product you Purchased), please do not remove the Product from its original packaging or try the Product on at all. Please contact Erato on [email protected] so that we can resolve the mistake by arranging to collect such Product from you and deliver the correct Product to you, as quickly as possible
7.7 Late Delivery:
If a Product you have Purchased is not delivered within the agreed delivery period, as per Clause 7.2 above, you are entitled to cancel such Purchase on 7 days’ notice to Beau Bound. Any such cancellation must be done via email to [email protected] and you will be entitled to a full refund.
9. PROCESSING OF CREDITS AND REFUNDS
Should you be entitled to a refund for any reason, such refund shall be affected on the credit card/Account number used to Purchase the Product. Where your Beau Bound account has been credited, you will be entitled to use such credit towards other purchases made by you on the Site.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
8.1 Stock Shortages:
Should a Product you have ordered be;
8.1.1 Temporarily unavailable, Beau Bound will notify you thereof as well as the anticipated delay in delivery and, unless you agree to wait for such longer period for delivery, or accept delivery of another product in its place or a credit on your Beau Bound account, Beau Bound will issue a full refund in respect of that Product to you within 30 days after such notice;
8.1.2 Permanently unavailable/out of stock, Beau Bound will notify you and, unless you agree to accept another product in its place or a credit on your Beau Bound account, Beau Bound will issue a full refund in respect of that Product to you within 30 days after such notice.
8.2 Sale and Specially Priced Items
Items which are on sale or have been reduced to a special price are not eligible to be returned for a refund.
8.3 Return Procedure to be followed:
8.3.1 Using the invoice relevant to the Purchase of the Product you want to return as a reference, you must contact Beau Bound on [email protected] and book a return, stating the reason entitling such return under this Return Policy (i.e. the Product is Defective).
8.4.2 Beau Bound will then arrange for the collection of the Product from you, to be returned by secure courier.
8.4.3 You must ensure that the Product to be collected by the courier is packed by you to ensure that the Product is suitably protected with its original packaging and that it is still in perfect condition for the purposes of re-sale.
8.4.4 A non-Defective Product will not be accepted as a valid return if it clearly shows signs of having been subject to lasting use (longer than a few minutes). In other words the Products must not show marks of extended use beyond the time required to try them on and/or test them and must be in a condition allowing them to be resold.
